A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ondo state and Ondo North Senatorial Aspirant in the just concluded primary election, Chief Dr Alex Ajipe has described the wife of Ondo State governor, Mrs Betty Anyawu-Akeredolu, as a rare breed with a heart of gold for humanitarian work for the people of the state.
Ajipe made the commendation today, in celebration of her birthday, noting that Mrs Akeredolu gave practical meaning to the word “helpmeet” and a true mother of the state.
in a statement by his Media Aide Solomon Adewoye, he described the governor’s wife as a rare gem who is supportive and a shoulder to lean on at all times.
“Mrs Betty Anyawu-Akeredolu is a quintessential mother and an amazon to be reckoned with and for that I wish her more years and a very happy birthday.’’
According to him, her Excellency is a woman of substance, a team leader who inspires others, in addition to her humility which is an essential ingredient of leadership.
