BREAKING: Ikoyi Building Collapse: Owner Of Building, Femi Osibona Discovered Dead

The body of the Managing Director, Fourscore Heights Limited, Mr Femi Osibona, who happens to be the Developer
of the collapsed building in Ikoyi area of Lagos State, has been found dead.

Osibona’s remains were excavated from the wreckage of the collapsed building on Thursday evening – about three days after the unfortunate incident.

The 53-year-old was the Managing Director of Fourscore Homes Limited and the developer of the collapsed building.

Born Olufemi Adegoke Osibona, Femi Fourscore, as he is known, is a native of Ikenne, Ogun state.

He attended Mayflower School in Ikenne before heading for Croydon University in the United Kingdom to study business and finance for his HND.

So far, 30 people have been rescued from the site of the collapse, with nine being alive and 21 dead.

The high-rise building under construction by Fourscore Homes, a Lagos-based real estate firm located along Gerrard Road, collapsed on Monday afternoon.

While it is yet to be clear the total number of people in the building at the time of the collapse, witnesses say dozens may have been trapped.
