Busy Roads of the South-Eastern States Become Lonely As Residents Comply With The #SitAtHome Order

Nnamdi Kanu

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, had in an earlier broadcast declared a sit-at-home order from 6pm on Saturday, 29th May to 6pm on Monday, 31st May 2021 in South-Eastern states and had also warned that anyone found outside will be killed.

This order has since been followed up with strict compliance as popular busy roads of the Eastern States are deserted, even on a Monday morning.

These busy roads include the Popular Unizik Junction, Awka, Anambra State; Peace Mass Transit, Nsukka, Enugu State; the DMGS roundabout in Anambra, the Enugu-Onitsha expressway and even the ever bustling Aba markets.
