Breaking: Chidinma Appears Before Magistrate Court Over Alleged Murder of Super TV’s Boss

The Lagos State Police Command has brought Chidinma Ojukwu, the prime suspect in the murder of the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV, Usifo Ataga, to the Yaba Magistrates’ Court in Sabo, Lagos.

Ojukwu, a 21-year-old Mass Communication student of the University of Lagos, is being held in one of the courtroom holding cells.

The Nation reports that the Police intend to apply for an order for Chidinma’s remand.

The defendant’s relatives and well-wishers, including her sister, are in courtroom one, awaiting the beginning of proceedings.

However, The Nation also reports that the case is yet to be assigned and that the application might be heard in another courtroom.

Chidinma was arrested by the police on June 23, 2021 over the alleged murder of the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV, Usifo Ataga
